Hydraulic Requirements

Minimum Hydraulic Source:	6gpm, 1200 psi at idle 12 gpm, 2400 psi at travel speed

Line Size:	(two) 1/2" Pressure Lines with 1/2" Quick Coupler
	(one) 3/4" Return Line with 3/4" Quick Coupler

Quick Couplers:	We recommend Quick Coupler Male ends be installed at termination of hydraulic piping at rear crossmember of truck and Quick Coupler Female ends be installed on hoses connected to hydraulic motors on the Spreader Unit.

Flow Control:	We recommend a cab-mounted dual flow control valve to individually control conveyor and spinner speed.

Simple:

Each HARDER P129 includes a "Tailgate Kit" which welds into the Tailgate of your Truck¹s Dump Body. Slide the Spreader through the opening in the Tailgate Kit, Secure it with a Single Pin, Connect Hydraulic hoses and you¹re ready to go!

Your Dump Truck is still a Dump Truck year-around. You can trip the tailgate and dump the load with the HARDER P129 in place.

Economical:

The HARDER P129 in a Dump Body is a less expensive alternative (initially and long-term) to a V-Box Spreader or to a Combination Body

The design of the HARDER P129 keeps Center of Gravity Low ‹ unlike tipsy V-Box Spreaders or unstable Tailgate spreaders. Plus, all normal maintenance procedures can be done at ground level.
